These terms cover your use of oruvie.app and your application to the Oruvie Founding Circle. Oruvie is pre-launch: the matchmaking product is not yet available, and these terms will be replaced by fuller membership terms before it is.
The Founding Circle
- Applying to the Founding Circle is free.
- An application is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of membership, early access, or any introduction. We build the first community deliberately, and we may accept, defer, or decline applications at our discretion.
- Founding member benefits we describe — early access, complimentary premium periods, and similar — are our current intention and may change as the product takes shape.
What we ask of you
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- The information you share must be true, about yourself, and shared with genuine interest in finding a life partner.
- Apply once, for yourself. A parent or family member may help, but the application should represent the person who would use Oruvie.
What you can expect from us
- We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy.
- We’ll only contact you about Oruvie — your application, early access, and how the product is taking shape.
- You can withdraw your application at any time by writing to hello@oruvie.app, and we’ll delete it.
The website
The Oruvie name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to Oruvie and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. The site is provided as-is while we build; we work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from reliance on a pre-launch website.
Changes
We may update these terms as Oruvie develops, and we’ll note the date of every change at the top of this page. Meaningful changes that affect your application will be communicated to you directly.
